Fees and Payment

Fees for services are set out in the engagement agreement. Clients are responsible for all fees, charges and third-party costs. Payment terms are as agreed in the engagement.

Termination & Amendments

Either party may terminate an engagement in accordance with the engagement terms.

We may amend these Terms and will notify clients of material changes. Notices must be sent to the contact details in the engagement.
